Compare complete options
Write down access time, check-in or station procedures, baggage handling, the main journey and the final transfer. Consider how each option feels with children, luggage or limited mobility.
Check the actual service for your travel date. This guide does not publish timetables, ticket inventory or a guarantee that a route runs directly.
Book through a channel you understand
For rail, start with the official China Railway information and booking portal. If using a third party, check its service fee, change process, refund rules and help arrangements.
Record the exact station or airport name. Cities may have multiple terminals or stations, and a familiar city name is not enough to identify the right one.
Make the last transfer explicit
Have your destination address available in a usable form. For a private transfer, confirm the actual operator, meeting instructions, luggage capacity, total price and cancellation conditions.
Keep a fallback if a connection is missed. Avoid assuming a transport booking also includes guiding or other services.
